CPS Harrassing us again with no warrant.

CONTEXT: My kids were being bullied at school. We told them to fight back and punch the bully in the face if they keep picking on them. THEY DID!! The Principal at the school expelled our kids for fighting back and hitting the bullies. When we were there at the school picking up our kids from being expelled, we basically told the school staff they are pathetic for siding with the bully and FCK OFF. We told them they were the worst school staff we ever had to deal with. They then called CPS on us.

When a SCHOOL calls CPS, it is mandatory that a CPS agent shows up at your house. That is what happened here. Our kids were NEVER in danger at home.

So, to all you LOSERS in the comments backing up CPS and not supporting us, YOU ALSO FCK OFF and I feel sorry for your children. You do not teach them to stand up and defend themselves. You allow your kids to get bullied. You allow TERRIBLE agencies like CPS to take your children away. NOT US. We love and protect our kids. Shame on you!!

To all the supporters out there, we thank you and applaud you for protecting your kids. As we did. My husband had the BALLS to fight back and not let this corrupt agency take our children. Your husbands are beta male soy boys with low testosterone, and you probably peg them in the arse while voting for Joe Biden the child sniffer and hate the great Donald J. Trump!

I've had a CPS case before. When my son was born and we did any and everything they asked. It was probably one of the hardest times in our lives me and my wife. We did it all and got our son back before he turned one. If you dknt do what they say they will make your life miserable. And you will lose your kids if you dont comply. The only reason we had a case was because we struggled with addiction before my son was born and now we've been clean almost 5 years. Never looking back and never going back.

This lady was just doing her job. There has been arguing at that house. SO, SO many kids are abused every day and put into foster care.... there's no reason for these parents to take it out on the worker.

The CPS do not have the ability to be issued a warrant nor the authority to search or arrest. Most of their damage is done through permission from those who are unaware of their rights and assume that CPS has more authority than they do. I say "damage" because although they do help some children from horrible situations, they do far more damage taking children, splitting up families, and sometimes even placing them into foster care where the situation is much worse than their original situation was, if it was even bad at all. Much of the time for nothing more than a misunderstanding. If they come to your door just remember that any interaction with them, including even answering the door is 100% voluntary. Unless in rare cases that they have the police with them and they have a court order to enter or search.
