That chunk of material in the middle of the hole have the potential of jamming between the cutting tool and the part, the consequence being damage to the part and/or the tool.
Next time, please turn it into chips (by adding another pass), it's merely gonna add five seconds of cycle time, and greatly reduce the risk of breaking something.
Other than that, fantastic video, fantastic machine !

Yeah, Al isn't the toughest material to cut, but this machine was doing some pretty impressive hogging of it. And not having coolant makes Al even more gummy than with coolant.
