Which version of the ACR is the best, the gun from MW2 or MW3?

Mw3 acr is one of the most op weapons in the game. Every gun in mw2 was op which is why it was balanced.

Mw2 ACR was my favorite in terms of sound and the design of the weapon, but it lacked the amount of damage the MW3 ACR put out

imo ACR from mw2 was amazing in every way. With holographic sight it was an absolute laser and once you stick on some stopping power it was unstoppable

MW3's ACR is overpowered. Period. I hate it with a passion because it requires no skill to use. The MW2 ACR is balanced, on the other hand and there, I could use it because of the lower damage. That is fair in my opinion.

My thoughts on duh acr

Better lookin: MW2
UNSTOPPABLE: Mw3
Better noise: MW3

Without stopping power, it's not even a question. Mw3 because it kills in one less shot with only about 50rpm difference in firerate. Both are totally controllable. The MW3 acr was a suppressed 1 shot at any range in hardcore, which made it a monster in that mode.

I prefer the MW2 ACR. The sleek black body, low recoil and great options make it a good weapons. I've gotten many impressive longshots in MW2 while the MW3 can drift away.
Add either extended mag Spas 12 or extended mag AA-12 woth scavenger cold blooded and commando and you have a good class thats has most weaknesses covered and most killstreak wont ruin your rampage with plenty of ammo.

Mw2 acr appeals to me more, but the 30 damage across all ranges even suppressed that the mw3 acr has is better for hardcore which I play more

Both are great games. I had more fun memories on mw3 but i think mw2 was better made and is the best one in the series

man the MW2 guns looked sexier, but the ACR in MW3 looks more realistic though. I like that with the MW3 variant you can see the flip-up rear sight turned down when you attach an optic unlike the MW2 variant and that's more realistic. Same with the M4A1 in MW2
