Ultimate Street Car Engine Bay Guide | Tubs Tutorial

There is always a constant battle between what looks best versus what performs the best, but what if you could have both?
In this video I go over how to install tubs into your cars engine bay. Doing so not only looks much better, but also adds a tremendous amount of wheel clearance, needed for drifting.

I cover some methods and ideas about creating a street car that can still get down and drift with no clearance issues. I hope showing you all my ideas and methods inspires you to build something unique for your build.

I spent the last 7 years building this 1990 Nissan 240sx from the ground up by myself. I swapped out the KA24e for a KA24de. Then once more for a RB25det out of a R34 Skyline and couldn't be happier. I have also converted the 240 to right hand drive, (which ended up saving my life!) After installing a few drift parts; such as a hydro E - Brake, and dual rear calipers, welded diff, solid suspension bushings and more, the car handled amazing. Surprisingly this S13 was able to drift and stay sideways perfectly despite the damage that was done to it.

I genuinely just like this guy as a person. Kind, respectful, you can tell he’s a great person with a huge heart. I’m so stoked to see this car coming together. I remember the day I seen it crashed and I didn’t even know who he was, but my heart dropped for the dude.

I have a hard time finding decent automotive content on YouTube. I’m glad I found your videos. Gives me something to look forward to.

Caught myself thinking "I want to be as nice as Mike is" when he apologised for the fact it wasn't sunny. What a guy, so wholesome.

Liking the new thumbnail style. Nothing wrong with skipping simple steps but still elaborating on what your doing.
