Matthew Barber - Sing Me To Sleep

The video for "Sing Me To Sleep" was entirely conceived by Kyle Gatehouse. It was shot over two days in Kyle's apartment and in High Park, Toronto on a very cold day in February. The video evokes the liminal space between wakefulness and sleep in which the protagonist of the song finds himself. The projections and glitchy analog video represent the dissolution of sense and logic that accompany the hazy transition from consciousness to dreamland.
