Smh. The sad thing is this really not about Bronny, it’s about Lebron. Everybody want Bronny to be Lebron. He’s not. He’s Bronny. The 55th pick of 2024 draft. Not the GOAT. Not the 1st pick of the 2003 draft straight out of high school who’s still in the conversation as the BEST PLAYER in the league the second he step foot on an NBA court. The ONLY player EVER to live up to the hype and even surpass all the expectations. Let the KID get a chance to shine. It’s summer league. The KID still showed genetics and athleticism/ IQ that you can’t teach, and at the end of the day STILL made it to the NBA. Give the KID a chance to prove himself and to most importantly GROW. The KID almost died. And STILL gotta face the pressure just cause his father is Lebron. Somebody who gets talked about whether he’s playing or not.

I disagree with Paul. Summer League is a far inferior league to the NBA. That is a 100% fact! If Bronny struggles in the NBA Summer League, then he isn’t ready for the NBA! Of course he will ride the bench of the Lakers because of Papa! Which will take a job away from a player that actually deserves to be there!

Summer League isnt really an indicator, but for someone like Bronny who has no record of elite work at all, Summer League wouldve showed at least something that proves hes a potentially a good NBA role player, but he hasnt.

It’s no let the kid grow. He’s a professional under a microscope due to the things that his father said just last season. If it’s let him play, then people owe @KwameBrownBustLife, Anthony Bennett and Michael Olowokandi an apology because they weren’t afforded the opportunity to grow and was immediately labeled a bust.
