Does Lush Kalamazoo Beard & Facial Wash Actually Work? Review

I'm pretty skeptical of cosmetics in general. For the most part I don't use them anyway. Mum gave me this one for Christmas though so figured I'd give it a whirl. The question is, does it live up to the claims on the packaging? Are my beard and skin be softer?

Where is your beard? You have no real beard. I use it on my face and beard and it works perfectly fine.
