Jessica Bouma I have about 4-5 voice recorders that's broke and what to get the files I want to be able to hear the files.You know how a pc gets broke and you have things on a pc but you need whatever that's on it. It's the same way I want whats on my recorders.If I can send the broke recorders to a company that can get the files off of it and put it on something to where I can hear it and make copies ??

I had the original zoom h1, the 1/4 20 mount became damaged over time and it wouldn't screw on anymore. I'm thinking of getting on of these though until I can afford the Zoom F1.

Hey Steven, I plan to get this for Asian weddings. I think it'll be mainly used indoors like church and reception (it can get loud since lots of people are talking). All I really need is the H1N with a micro sd right? Why do people get it with a lav (Rode smartLav) and adapter (Rode SC3 3.5mm)?
