Jeep Wrangler Manual Transmission Remote Start

Показать описание
Looking for a manual transmission remote start for your 2018-up Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator? It is possible to enjoy the convenience of a remote start in your manual transmission Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator. The Fortin EVO-ONE is a manual transmission safe remote car starter compatible with 2018-2023 Jeep Wrangler/Gladiator manual transmission.
There are several manual transmission remote starters on the market, however the 2 most popular options - Compustar and Viper - do not support coverage on Jeep Wrangler manual transmissions. Thankfully Canadian manufacturer Fortin covers manual Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators.
There is a safety procedure you must go through in order to "set" the manual transmission remote start. The Jeep Wrangler or Gladiator must 1st obviously be in neutral. Then you simply put your foot on the foot brake, set the e-brake and release the foot brake. Now it is safe to exit the vehicle with your key while your vehicle remains running. After you exit the vehicle, shut the doors and lock them, the car will turn off. Now it is "set" and safe to remote start. Unless you go through this exit routine, the car will not remote start. If you open any of the doors after this procedure, it will not remote start. The manual transmission remote start is monitoring door status so it knows when the doors are opened or closed (or removed - which in that case it won't set).
It sounds more complicated than it really is. Just watch to see how it easy it is to operate!
