Imagine shooting your full firepower and it's just a shadow clone? draining a good chunks of your stamina? Also Jiraiya could absorb chakra while his shadow clone distract Endeavor, thus better stamina

Bro was gathering info when fighting pain, in this case if they both know the full power of their opponent Jiraya clears just purely because the variety of abilities he has. Honeslty after thinking about it I completely agree on round 1.
People are so biased but they have to face the truth that Endevour is just stronger and faster.

Jiraiya at best is city level with mid shippuden scaling so probably not even light speed.
And even then that high end scaling is reliant completely on if he can even go sage mode.

While Endevour is a top tier in his verse where he constantly needs to deal fatal damage to island if not continental threats, he also has lighspeed scaling.

I actually agree with the first one. Yes, when he's serious and has release, jiraya could put up a fight, but jiraya doesn't have feats that scale up to endeavor. Also endeavor has extremely hot flames and with his speed, could blitz jiraya faster than jiraya could activate his jutsu. Jutsu is a slow technique as it requires hand seals, and even if your fast its still time taken. Endeavor requires no start-up on his techniques, so its endeavor
