Learning crazy service skills

In this video, service master Craig Bryant shows me some of his crazy service skills.

Craig is able to manipulate the ball so it can move into different areas of the table - spinning sideways and in reverse. How does he do this?

With the use of some cones, teaches me how to contact the ball to create some dramatic spin effects. And if I can do it with my limited service skills, then I'm sure you will be able to do it too!

So I just started playing and one problem I've been facing when trying to do a serve with a flatter racket angle is actually ensuring that the ball bounces from my side of the table to the other. Very often the ball either goes too far and hits the net after the bounce or it just flies straight over to the opponent's side. I've had to resort to doing serves with a much more angled racket to ensure that the ball bounces off my side of the table to the other.

Yo Tom, maybe a fun idea for your Service Secrets playlist to make some kind of double S merch with like a armband we can put on. So everyone knows were part of your SS crew!

well he does a ghost-serve.. so what?
many ppl train it but its not that usefull in matches unless u really can get the ball come back very short after the net but noone can do that reliably..
also the backspin of a ghost serve is usually not that high but rather the force the ball is hit is even lower so thats why its coming back, not coz of the insane amount of backspin,
so really training this isnt that great since its still very flickable and easy to recieve, rather train to create a great amount of spin and/or disguise it
