As a Kagura user, I'm actually practicing this combo a lot in practice as well and it's hard to execute and much more to live game. But there's this one time when I'm playing classic where I accidently did it with one of my enemy. even i was surprised I did it with pure luck that even my team and enemies were shocked. Still possible but nearly impossible.

It's not just the timing of the second skill but also the clip(second damage) of your ult. Timing of second skill(back to umbrella) together with second phase(damage)/clip of ur ult(first ult).

This is super hard to do even for Kagura mains. I’ve practiced this multiple times but still had difficulty mastering it. I only made it 1 out of 20. You really need to invest time and effort just to execute this flawlessly.
