HP Omen rtx 3080 10gb FurMark 1hr stress test temps

HP Omen RTX3080 10gb - something wrong with the card. It passes tests without problems:
Heaven benchmark
Superposition

but it shows artifacts in games.
The Witcher 3 1080p ULTRA settings - Artifacts in the menu
Horizon Zero Dawn Ultra Settings - all the game graphics messed up

I see this gpu, i wanna buy it used and one guy sell it for really good price.
But pepole say me that this 3080 its one of the most bad of 3080 its that true?
There are big diference from asus 3080 or other ??
