This one-skillet dinner will have you drooling, I promise. Especially if you love cheesesteak! We substitute the ribeye for less expensive ground beef but feel free to use the traditional cut of meat as well. The ground beef is simmered with beef broth, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and seasoning.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, halved
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
½ cup beef broth
1 pound cauliflower florets
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
¼ cup half and half
10 slices provolone cheese

This is a great recipe! Never thought about adding cauliflower but that's a great way to add nutrition while not affecting the flavor yet while increasing portions. Definitely going to try this out asap!

Made it tonight as a double recipe after making your ground beef stroganoff last night. It turned out amazing in the end but for some reason before I added the cheese it was really watery. So I strained it and it made an amazing broth that I'm excited to use for something. I also mixed shredded Gouda, Havarti and smoked cheddar into it before putting it under the broiler.

I have to tell you, even though I did not have Philly steak on hand, I used grass fed organic ground fatty meat (I actually did not make this meal, my daughter did), my daughter did the cooking and it turned our delicious, wonderful, and full of flavor.
