Obviously they didn't watch the game because Spurs were playing deep with a low block for the entirety of the second half. They did exactly what Warnock is saying they should have done. The reason Wolves came back into the game is because Spurs sat deep and allowed them the ball.

Both didn't watch the Spurs game at all yesterday, Spurs have set deep since Romero and VDV have been out. Yesterday Spurs went with more long balls then Wolves, it was Wolves who played out the back not Spurs. Spurs sat back and went to counter attack when winning 2-1. When Spurs have been pressing is when Spurs have been behind and chasing a goal. All teams will push has high as they can. Really pointless giving an opinion if haven't watched Spurs play

He doesn't need to adapt. He just needs his players back from injury. They are all still running through brick walls for him.

Do these pundits watch the games they are commenting on? After they scored the second goal, Spurs defended doggedly and counter-attacked.

Postecoglou put both Bentancur and Bissouma in front of the defence. THAT's adapting. Wake up and get off the narrative.

I watched the game and they played the long ball more than Wolves. These guys have no idea what they are talking about.

I'm giving ange the benefit of the doubt only because of the injuries we got...it's not an excuse its really...no1 keeper out 2 of our central defenders out plus Ben Davis....any team would struggle with 4 of they top players out

Chelsea vs Tottenham
Leading 2-1 and biss gave a utter penalty needlessly and loss the lead

Wolves- missing penalty when it is most needed

Nottigham- Udogie looking for offside rather than defending

Overall, Tottenham plays very well and they scored 41 goals man

Their problem is not having a leader on the pitch and mentality to show solidness

Give Ange time, he can change the future of spurs

It was also Ange that accepted bringing back Timo Werner. So he can't complain about lack of strength on the bench while accepting players that everyone knows isn't at the required level.

I don't think Tottenham fans are being fair to our manager first season he got rid of all the Deadwood that we wanted gone second season played some really good games but don't have the depth January will get some more but the call for his head is ridiculous the problem has always been Levi and the fans. A small section that it is but media blows it up. We can't change managers again. Have we not learnt by now That it takes two years or more To change This club we are so quick to pull the trigger let this man build when it works it is fantastic

Maybe Romero is breaking down because he is off to Argentina all the time

Don't judge Son based on one missed penalty! Even Haaland, Salah, and Kane miss penalties, but nobody writes them off for it. Before this, Son had scored all 10 of his penalties successfully. This season, Son is averaging only 1–2 shots per game and is not receiving any quality key passes from his teammates. He's hardly being given the conditions to score by Ange and his team, and yet he’s managed to score 5 goals, most of which came from him creating big chances all on his own. No one in the team is providing him with good key passes, but Son himself is leading the team in big chances created and assists. Can you understand what that means?🔥

I think the media is really making a mistake attributing this poor form to tactics, rather than the injuries. If we have 10 first team players injured for several months, including large parts of the defence, that is obviously going to have a huge impact on the teams form.

Horrible pundits. Can tell they didn’t even watch the game. Spurs had less possession and sat in a mid block all of second half and tried to play wolves on the counter. Any team is going struggle with this injury crisis spurs have had.

Ange consistently saying he’s not going to change is as stubborn as pundits going on about it. That’s the way he wants to play. He will succeed or fail by it.

He won't get the chance, he'll be gone within 3 weeks

That team against wolves were basically first team players, they always appear to want to get to the goal line and cross the ball low, rather predictable, they didn't show any ambition at all second half to score a third, unfortunately niether wide player (Johnson in particular) are not skilled enough to consistently do this, I have not seen Postecoglou try two up front and put early crosses in.

We need players like Semenyo cuz although Johnson is a good player, he’s not a great fit to the system. All he does is run in a straight line and try to cross. His finish is not great nor is his dribbling. He doesn’t track back much so Kulu has to cover for him. If we want a classy, on the line proven winger, I think it has to be Semenyo. A swap deal might be great option tbh

Kulu slowing down the game anytime he have the ball on the counter attack
