Bread Pudding. I can still remember eating it for the first time when my Mother made it back in 1955 or so. Um Um good.

My mom would tell stories about this chef (she’s now 50ish) said she would come home from 2nd grade after school and watch him and other chefs like Julia Childs, Yan can cook, J.Pepin on PBS while eating oriental or pork flavored top ramen noodles. Fast forward —> She now owns and runs a tamale and taco catering business 😆

We use frozen stale italian bread, eggs, cinnamon, non dairy flavored coffee creamer and frozen berries

Sounds good except for the raisins since I don't like raisins. Could probably leave them out.
