Rand Paul: Russia isn't going to admit to election interference

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) says Russia isn't ever going to admit to interfering in the 2016 US presidential election, while also stating NATO expansion stimulated nationalism in Russia and helped lead to the rise of Vladimir Putin.

The CIA can operate on foreign soil. Hint, hint, be a fly on the wall at the Trump / Putin meeting. Our nation's security might be at risk. Trump is either being blackmailed by and/or is cahoots with Russia, and/or is mentally deficient. Any or all of those items deserves your intervention. (At least as how I currently see it to be).
