She was most likely referring to Ronnie or Roxy but maybe she was referring to her cousins from Peggy's side we don't know about. Who knows.

The Mitchell’s first arrived in 1990 funny enough which was the year I was born lol, joking aside up until maybe this very clip there was no mention of cousins of Phil Grant and Sam I always thought Ronnie and Roxy were just a pure retcon, possibly the same with Billy too as he wasnt introduced until eight years later after the Mitchell’s debut and I don’t think there was any mention of a cousin even before then either
