Silver is Manipulated. Even so, Silver is still going up as demand cannot be completely controlled. Take the Baseline 'Price' for Silver as the 'Low' Price (to remove some 'volatility'). All Low 'Prices' are Up ! The 5 year low @ $12.01, 3 year @ $17.77, 1 year @ $22.07, 6 month @ $26.50, 3 month @ $27.23, 1 month @ $30.80, 1 week @ $30.86. All 'up & up'. Keep stacking.
