This was my late father's favourite song. He never bought a record in his life except this one and I had to play it for him over and over again on the record player as he loved it so much. I was 16 when this song was released. Matchbox were a class act.

The secret of this song & just how good it forever sounds must go to recording engineer Mike Shipley....He was an absolute genius, really understood how to make & record great sounds & had the most incredible career, from Matchbox & The Damned in the 70's thru' so many including Def Leppard, Faith Hill, Kelly Clarkson, Shania Twain & Alison Krauss before his sad passing away...

Well done. I still feel like a teenager when I hear this song. Thank you for the music. Was the soundtrack of my live in these days. My father did not shoot pics of me because of my Teddaboy Haircut and so on... Sweet memories

I was with Graham Fenton the other day and were talking, remember seeing them at our local Rock N Roll club when i was in my late teens, was a Ted then, This is the tune that started the Rockabilly revival in the 80s, no doubt the signature tune. Im still Rockin to this day in my 50s, and will do until my last breath
