10 Years of Heart Stumbles (Palpitations, Extrasystoles) – This is What Helped me.

When my heart started to stumble for the first time 10 years ago, I went into a state of psychological shock. Due to an "unfortunate" statement from a doctor, my anxiety increased so much at the beginning that I hardly left my homes and practically stopped doing any sport. As a result, the heart palpitations occurred even more frequently (or at least I noticed them more often).

Today, 10 years later - and after reading many, many studies - I have a good idea of how extrasystoles can be reduced and what helps against anxiety, at least in my case. I hope this video helps some people who suffer as well. :)

I would always advice FIRSTLY to go to a cardiologist for a checkup... Why? Well sometimes it's just a hereditary abnormality. I'm an exemple of it. I have a CRT-P type pacemaker since 2 months now. For about 15 years of having heartpalpitations and thinking it was due to stress, bad sleep, to much excercise, not enough excercise, enz... and doing everything about it (meditation, relaxation, walking, etc...) with the hope of reducing those palpitations, I finaly went to a cardiologist who immediately told me to STOP exercising as I had a inherited hartproblem that becomes much more detectable when getting older...
What I do agree on is that family doctors (general medicine docters) ARE NOT INFORMED enough about anything that has to do with the heart as I my family doctor knew about the palpitations but NEVER told be to visit a cardiologist for a checkup... I went for a visit on my own decision because I just wanted to be sure... Luckily I did it because I could have had a heartattack or -arrest any time soon...
