Fix msteams.exe- Bad Image Error Status 0xc0000020 Windows 11

Step 1) Repair/Reset Microsoft Teams
Step 2) Uninstall & Reinstall Microsoft Teams
Step 3) Uninstall Microsoft Teams and delete the Teams folder from Windows Apps and then reinstall
Step 4) Turn off start up programs or disable Teams from start-up
Step 5) Repair Microsoft edge WebView2 runtime
Step 6) Uninstall teams, delete the MicrosoftTeams Folder, restart your PC and reinstall teams
Step 7) Update Windows Using Media Creation Tool

I was able to delete teams thru the folder but not able to re download it im too worried about having it I guess though it’s worrisome because my computer is new and I’m going through this

there is no windows apps on my laptop. i have done 1 and 2 steps until 3rd steps where i have to open windows app
