Man 1: I am standing with Jeff MacVicar, and he is the engineering manager at Autrans in Ingersoll, Ontario. Jeff, you have some Caster Concepts casters, and you like them?

Jeff: Absolutely, we do. We use carts in our process that carry a fair bit of weight. So, we're always looking at ways to try and make it easier for the operators.

Man 1: How did you get started with them?

Jeff: Just got lucky searching the internet one day, came across this TWERGO caster. We bought a set; we ran it for four months. Did our usual force readings like we always do, and over that four-month period there was no increase in effort. So, that tells me that the caster is performing much better than what we had been using. Everybody; all the operators were very impressed with, you know, how much easier it made their job. For the next four months, I was asked constantly: “When are ya switchin’? When are ya switchin’?” The day I told them I issued the purchase order everybody was pretty happy. There’s been no looking back since.

Man 1: So are you a customer for life?

Jeff: Oh, absolutely. Any time that we're gonna look at having casters on carts that have a fair bit of weight definitely we're going to be looking at these wheels again.
