Yes, thanks for the Hindu push-ups! I love these, you used to do them in Florida, glad you brought them back. I like doing yoga stretches between sets. Suggestion, a 7day challenge hitting all big muscle groups each day. 👍🏽💪🏽

hey Sean on the third one you say tricep push ups do you mean like diamond grip or normal grip, In the video you put normal grip but i just want to know if you are talking about diamond grip or can we do them instead of normal grip cuz diamond grip a little more intense

doing this a couple days in a row after i stretch REAL GOOD PUMP... first time i was only 140 and that's a challenge pff easy as pie ... I did underestimate it :D hell of a pump

yesterday I made 20-minutes push-up workout, similiar to this, all with modification. Today it was hard to raise my hand to wash teeth
