Lord Jesus Christ, you refresh us with your presence and you sustain us with your life-giving word. Show me how to lift the burden of others, especially those who lack the basic necessities of life, and to refresh them with humble care and service. Amen.

This First Reading: 1 Corinthians 4:9-15 moved me to tears because it reminded me what it is to be like when one is a follower of YaShua (i.e. 'the humility ') (and i am not even a Practicing Christian 😊)
And the conclusion of the Gospel Reading also moved me because it shows YaShua Declaring 'with Authority', that HE is the LORD of the Sabbath!
