I was using my lazer looking for a lobby with a jet griefer. To my luck, I found one who was continuously attacking another player. I decided to intervene with my jet and that's when he got upset I caught him off guard on gta online..

RE: "How did he get a jet so fast?" He has a jet in his MOC. Once it's destroyed call Mors and re-request from MOC personal vehicle storage. The jet spawns right next to you on the road. It's called a pocket jet.

Why aren't you using explosive sniper rounds? They are god-tier when you want to snipe a jet. Especially a paper plane like Hydra or Lazer. 2 quick shots from across the map and the jet is history.
