The Good Earth Audiobook Part 1

Welcome to my first ever audiobook recording. Yay! This one was a solid forty-nine minutes and is the first chapter of "The Good Earth," by Pearl S. Buck. A personal favorite of mine this story could be counted as realistic fiction. My initial intention, as stated in the video, was to keep the length down to around twenty minutes, but no such luck. *shrugs* I hereby declare that the month of February is "The Good Earth" month and I will be uploading the entire book, chapter by chapter, as the month progresses. Wish me luck with this little project and listen and enjoy!

My favorite book! Thank you! I'm trying to get sober from drinking too much, and honestly, this series is saving my life right now. I don't have the concentration to read, which is something I've done since I was a child.... I always loved to read. I have had a couple of very bad relationships, being taken advantage of, abused, etc... I started to drink too much, but I want to read again! It's the one thing that always gave me peace during my childhood/teens/young adult years. I'm now 47, and I'm just grateful for you right now to read this book to me, as it was always one of my favorite books I've ever read. Thank you again. Peace and love to everyone!

Put them in order. And it’s a trilogy. The Good Earth, Sons, A house divided. But it’s a long read.
