My Dad and I were both fans of Elvis and Tom and we speculated several times on how Tom could do American Trilogy, I can't believe this is from 1972 and we were unaware of this probably because it was aired on BBC. This made me sad because I lost Dad two years ago and he didn't know about this, neither did I till now. The versions by Andy Williams and The Indians are also amazing and unfortunately he didn't hear those either.

I have always loved Tom Jones. Saw him in Cincinnati when I was in nursing school. Saw Elvis in Dayton when I was in school. The ideal concert would have been both of them having a concert together!!! Sir Tom it is pure joy to listen to you sing. Thank you for great memories!
