I think the ones who are accepted to colonize another planet should have different ways to relieve stress like having the opportunity to travel back to earth a few times a year to keep a fresh mind on the goals needed for humanity as well as appreciation for what they are doing. I think they would be fine after that and humans are all about change. I know humans would get a lil stressed being stuck in a building for days on end
