Switch 2 has finally been shown

Finally Nintendo have decided to show us a bit of the switch 2, sadly no fire emblem news though.

My hype is immeasurable and my day has never been better, Intsys is definitely shaking seeing this sudden announcement and they will show the FE4 Remake teaser trailer soon to join the hype train!!

Living up to your name here; Speedy with the Switch 2 reaction, said reaction is here and... no idea how the wing part correlates to it.

0:10 - Putting aside how much I love the zappy reaction... yeah, that's kind of all we've got impression wise for the Switch 2. No real wow yet. Hopefully the later Nintendo Direct will energise with feature and game reveals.

0:31 - Very handy to have. I do wonder whether the game format for the Switch 2 games will be the same kind of cartridge, or a 3DS situation where a tab is there to prevent inserting it into an older system.

0:47 - If we get an Engage 2, will some story event happen to turn Alear's hair mostly black but with red and blue highlights?

1:05 - Thankfully, I made sure to watch the Nintendo UK direct first. The American date of putting month before days is baffling to me.

Either the fake trailer makers got Nintendo'a teaser style right, or Nintendo really just made their teaser look as fake as possible.

I'm so happy that it has comfirmed backwards compatibilty. This means that No Ports/Remakes which were already done for the switch will happen. I am worried that the online will be the exact same though, as Switch online was a massive negative the switch had.

Either way, it was a blue ball trailer with Mario Kart 9 as the only game so far for the announcement. I'm more worried that the Joycons are Snapped on and not sliders anymore, as snapping tends to break much more quickly, but internal controller part seems to be made of a flexible plastic, allowing for easy snapping.

Overall, I'll just wait till April 2nd for a full overview. This only makes me optimal that an Fe4 remake is in the works, just not revealed, and there is a slight chance we will get an annoucement of a New FE game in April. Hopefully this does not become Wii U 2.

Personally I'm most hype about the ability to be able to play 3H and Engage without all the loading screens and lag (potentially). But a new FE would be cool too ofc!

I heard a rumor that the Switch 2 is supposed to favor picture quality rather than better frame rate which in my opinion sucks because having a smooth frame rate for a game enhances the experience more than picture quality. If we do get a Rated M Fire Emblem game or a game like Three Houses and Persona 6 with a good story mode with Confidants then I'll get it.

The controllers are red and blue, barely. Just like Sigurd and Arvis. This means FE4 as a launch title CONFIRMED.
