low resistance liquidity run is simply means price have only one side to run for liquidity high resistance liquidity run is when market has two possible side to run for liquidity either sellside or buyside and it's indecisive condition to determine next draw on liquidity .... the best way to determine the next draw on liquidity is when price as already rejecting from old PD ARRAY then facing other side of the market
