Omg...I live outside of Augusta Georgia. I went through hell with Helene. It was so terrifying. A huge pine tree fell crushed my bathroom, which I had just walked out of 5 seconds before it fell. It's a miracle I'm alive! I'm so greatful and blessed!
I have another pine tree next to the one that fell. It's only 15 ft from my home. It's a monster at 40 ft tall and now since Helene it is leaning severely toward my home. We don't have to have a bad storm for it to fall. I'm so scarred that I can't sleep! I believe I'm still in shock! I sit by my window and watch that tree all night long.
I'll keep praying for everyone. May God watch over and protect one and all🙏🏼 Stay safe everyone...
