Running Jenkins Agent as a service in Windows machine

In window if you start the Jenkins agent manually in the powershell or, cmd prompt, the agent may get stopped or terminated when we close the cmd prompt or, the user logged off or, the system get restarted.
To overcome this problem, we can setup this as a service in windows.

in windows for me, the '/jenkins-agent.jnlp' part is missing from the second command
