Describing the killing of the general as an “escalation” is ridiculous and demonstrates the problem we have with people like this interviewee

Putin is proving himself equal to Stalin...Stalin's quote "The death of one man, is a tragedy...the death of a million is a statistic!"

Security is nowhere near as tight as Putin's ring piece is right now.

Putin’s troops went into Kyiv with minimal supplies and dress uniforms. They had zero expectation that Ukraine would (or even could) effectively fight back.

Excuse me.... but its ok for US to assassinate enemy targets by drone or special forces.... but its not ok for Ukraine to do the same with an e-scooter?
That's rich!

It’s disgusting how civilians suffer the greatest losses even though it is not them who start these wars.

Last time we checked, actively serving Generals are legitimate military targets - in fact very high on the priority list. This is a finely executed deep operation with very limited collateral damage - as the only other casualty is presumably also military personnel, plus private property damage.
Compared to Russia's indiscriminate destruction of civilian infrastructure and SHOPPING CENTRES, there is no controversy.
This is like how the US targeted Admiral Yamamoto in WW2. You strike at the head of the command structure.

When you have this kind of general, you are sure to lose.

It's different from an attack on the front lines. Doesn't he know "the front lines" in Ukraine are babies' bedrooms, schools and hospitals?

So if you're next in line for his position is that a promotion or a death threat?

How do they know that Putin didn’t have a hand in it?

Even Putin needs to fear for his life now as many have witnessed his top General can be taken out and he will not be the last

But the Generals bombing a children's cancer hospital in Kyiv is fine I suppose? This commentator has a very strange moral compass!
