soy sauce 0.5 tbsp
oyster sauce 0.5 tbsp
Gochugaru 1 tbsp
sugar 0.5 tbsp
mirin 1 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp
water 2 tbsp



fry spring onions in 1 tbsp chili oil,
add ground pork, salt, black pepper,
add udon,
add sauce
give to claire
