Jabari was always curious about welding.

College? He didn't want to spend 4 years at a university spending a bunch of money. His friend told him about Tulsa Welding School, and that's when the light bulb went off.

Jabari trained at Tulsa Welding School for 7 months and loved every minute of it. After graduation, he got a job as a welder at W International. Jabari now lives in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina, right by the beach.

Now that he's in the field and welding, it's obvious to Jabari just how important welders are to creating things: building bridges, buildings, and submarines, just to name a few. Welding is everywhere, and it's for everyone.

Jabari credits his friends and family for pushing him to get where he is. He's extremely proud to be a graduate of Tulsa Welding School.

Tulsa Welding School was founded in 1949 by two welders who recognized a strong demand for skilled tradesman in their industry. Over 60 years later, Tulsa Welding School (TWS) has evolved into an educational institution that prepares students for various skilled trade careers with a multitude of specialties and applications. Graduates from Tulsa Welding School are trained to have the knowledge, skills and essential attitude to immediately enter their chosen profession.
