This set of refinery equipment can support 1 ton to 10 tons of palm oil production per day, and can also process other vegetable oil, such as sunflower oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, cottonseed oil, rapeseed oil, mustard oil, peanut oil, etc.

Crude palm oil into edible oil requires refining process, by removing gums, oxides, color and odor from the crude oil. The refining process includes degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization, obtaining high quality refined palm oil.

Dingsheng Machine design the advanced PLC control systems, with high degree of automatic control, low steam consumption, and good product quality. The scientific cooling and crystallization process is adopted to increase the yield of palm oil.
