if you look into the details of the situation, P Diddy actually swung a kettlebell at an INTERN and luckily, he missed. This poor (likely unpaid) intern was just trying to get between Diddy and the head strength coach, and suddenly he's having a heavy piece of iron swung at him. That is literally assault with a dangerous weapon, and arguably attempted murder, depending on where Diddy was aiming. Absolutely absurd that Diddy will get off on likely a misdemeanor when he is completely is guilty of a felony, all caught on tape.
