Tiny Town challenge rules (I'll publish this on my website soon and Tumblr with pictures):

The aim of this challange is to build 7 tiny homes on one lot, for 7 sims that match their desires and skills. Download my 7 sims off the gallery (username:deligracy) via the #deligracy or #tinytown. Then, download my "Tiny Town lot". Alternatively you can create your own!

The Rundown:
- Each sim has a set skill that you must utilise in order to fund their tiny home build. For example Frank Stem likes Florist arranging, so you must sell floral arrangements to fund his Tiny House build.
- You must also represent each sim's favourite style and colour in the build (see sim characters below)
- You can only work on one sim's house at a time, move each sim in individually as you "unlock" them.
-To "unlock" the next sim, you must complete the previous sim's home.

How to play:
- Start by moving your first sim into the Tiny Town lot.
- To select your first sim, you could use an online randomiser, or just pick your favourite.
- After you move in your first sim use a money cheat to set money at $0.
- Look for your sim's "tiny lot" by hovering your curser over the storage boxes. Each sim has an allocated "tiny lot" with their skill item of choice, and some useful items in a box labelled with their name. They also start with a tent, cooler and bush to wee and poop in.
- After you find your skill items start making simoleons through selling your creations!
- Use this money to build your sim's tiny home!
- The Tiny Home does not have to fit into the contraints of the Tiny Home Stuff Pack sizes, the idea is to just make them small enough to fit 7 on one lot! You can stick to these contraints if you want though!

Extra Rules and ideas:
- Your sims may contribute to community areas to help other neighbours when they move in and to create a lovely sense of community and lifestyle.
- If you have The Sims 4 For Rent, you may like to play multiple families on the one lot. This way you can let each sim romance and have families. I advise you set their rent to $0 or the minimum to avoid additional income.
- As you move in more sims and build more homes you will have to pay higher bills. Try your best to only build with your current sim's earnings, however you may keep track of a kitty for household bills too! You could even put this kitty money into a shared Get Famous money vault.
- Most players won't have all, if any, of The Sims DLC packs. Feel free to alter the challenge to suit the packs you do have, or utilise basegame features.
- You can play on any lifespan, use any cheats, lot traits/challenges, sims - but keep in mind the easier you make it for yourself means it isn't as much of a challenge!

Final Note:
Just have fun. You can change and bend the rules, sims and lot to whatever you want. The goal is to have a good time! So feel free to go wild!

I love this challenge.
In a city not far from me they bulldozed an office complex and split the land into tiny plots for people to build their own houses, in the contract they had to be eco houses and built by the person/people who would live there.
It turnt into a wonderful community, some people built hot tubs in the gardens and they’d have community BBQ’s once a month during summer. All the children played together and it made a tranquil oasis in the middle of a busy city and even improved the air quality in the area.
It would have been nice if they did it again but the council/government lost money on it

I just want to congratulate you for always having such fun and smart ideas! You are the powerhouse of interesting TS4 series! I still find myself rewatching your old Orphanage and Hampton Falls series. take care Deli x :)

One thing to add though - this has a huge replayability potential! You can do another round with different skills and/or colours or even with each home being a different occult type... There are so many possible combinations to make this idea last and keep being fun.

There could also be a really goofy version of this? [*cough cough> Gluon *cough*] I'm always sad I don't get to see/use all those cstumes that came with various packs (like the gnome from seasons etc.) because the game doesn't consider them as wearable costume for holidays. There could be a sim in the bunny costume making money exclusively by carrots, a clown telling jokes for money, a hotdog sim selling hotdogs only, a pirate fishing or stealing perhaps? Of coors in that case if would be more of a "Goof town"

I LOVE this idea! It's given me a way to (finally) use the Von-Windenburg Estate lot for something fun. I rolled fishing for my first moneymaking skill and all Sim 1 has is a tent, a pee bush, a lil pub on the Mid Nowhere lot, and her trusty fishing rod. So excited to play my version along with yours.
