Hey guys welcome to the Rough Air Podcast, the one and only flight attendant show that will help get the job as flight attendant but also will guide you on how to keep it.

My name is Alexis and I am the host of this podcast and Today's Episode wi will dive into Delta's Flight Attendant face to face interview. This episode is intended to help you gain clarity of what happens inside of the interview knowing exactly what to expect.

I will be talking and breaking down what will you do the face to face and each group. Yes each group! Delta divides you into Three groups: in the group A you will be the first doing the One on One interview. This Part requires to be familiar and confident with the STAR method because Delta will ask you to answer using it.

Those in the Group B will be doing the Q&A section and the Snap and Reach Test. This part of the interview requires you to ask questions and participate. And lastly but not least, you have the Group C which will be doing the Group activity.

Each activity is important and I go in detail on today's Episode.

This might be the single most valuable piece of knowledge I’ve been able to find on YouTube pertaining to the F2F interview. Thank you much for this!

A lot of people get dismissed simply for appearance you don't have to go dressed exactly like what their fas wear, but you wanna look very professional like you're ready to start the job then and there. Look at what their flight attendants wear so you fit their standard. Girls do not wear something too short or too low-cut. A blazer is always a nice touch Wear stockings. A neutral suit for the guys is perfect. Make sure your shoes are in good shape and hair/make up is professional, but not to glam. You wanna stand out but not too much they're looking for team players not bossy types who are attention seekers. They almost always ask you if you're willing to relocate and your answer should always be yes that you're excited about the opportunity to visit new places and gain new experiences. If you say anything other than that, you will not get the job. In group activities participate, but don't try to take control of the group. Be yourself and smile, it ok to be nervous but you don't wanna come off as timid or introverted. If they ask you questions about your past job experience, definitely reference any previous customer service experience that you have.
They would rather hire somebody with excellent customer experience than somebody that has several degrees and none.

I’ve applied for this company since 2011. I’ve had about 14 F2F with them. I’m going for my 15th F2F with them and it’s my third one this year. And THIS video has given me so much insight that I hadn’t considered. I typically ACE interviews and simply couldn’t figure out where I wasn’t matching up. This video has helped me to prepare a much better package to bring to my F2F next week. I’m excited to utilize this information!!!

This video kind of brought me to tears. I went to a F2F with Delta last year, and I got sent home with no CJO. I wasn’t ready that day, and I was too scared to try again. I applied again earlier this year but I had just had my son, and it wasn’t the right time for me either. When you said being at the F2F meant I had something they were looking for, I really felt that. I do think I have something they’re looking for, but I just didn’t see it that day. I just really didn’t. Things didn’t work out earlier for me, but if they open up the application again, I think I will go for it.

This IS by far the Best Recap, And Informative Example's of insight I have ever now been fortunate enough to come upon and across for Flight Attendant. I just reapplied again. I wished I would have known all this Pertinent information back in October of last year. But now I know. Your Personality Sparkles through this entire Podcast. And I totally agree Humbleness, Humility with a sprinkle of Confidence will Always Win. You definitely should be a Facilitator and a Recruiter. Thank You. Much Respect and Appreciation. This information is Priceless. It helps me feel one step closer to an OJI now. Have a Wonderful St. Patrick's 🎉💚💫Day Alexis.

My daughter in law just completed her flight attendant training for Delta, and will be flying out of Minneapolis/St. Paul. She is so excited to begin her adventure with Delta. [She, my son, and my two grandchildren have chosen a home in Minnetonka, and they are very happy.]
