For those doing this in 2024....

After you've selected Settings, on the same left hand side menu, select "page setup" (it has a flag icon next to it, and then on the right hand side (the main part) where it say "Name", hit the button next to it that says "VIEW". Now you are at the General Page settings, and you can continue on like in the video.

Not sure if you'll see this question but, I have done this for my business page however it only changed the username and my URL remains the previous page name. Any ideas for how to fix this problem? Does it take a few days to show up on my URL? The page name instantly showed the name change but not the URL. 😢 Help! Haha.

The settings have updated to some extent. You have to go to settings and then go to go to Page Setup and go into the "Name" setting of the page. You will see the Page name and username. Change the username to change your custom URL.
