Never show names, never show addresses, and last but not least never show phone #'s. It's called doxing and be careful, because that is also against Youtube's TOS as well if I'm not mistaken. If you did show her full name then it would be pretty easy to look her up, names pretty uncommon so it would be easy, someone would be able to get ahold of and harass her on your behalf basically. That's most likely why you were banned. She reported you.
