Hello Edinburgh citizen here, I recommend going to the St.James centre and going into their Maki Ramen!:3Its so beautiful and they have a lovely (But expensive) bubble tea stand nearby, if you want good cheap bubble tea I think you should go to Waverley train station and go to their bubble tea shop, its so good and only about £4:)
