Just to let people know there may be a bug where one of the Hotlines doesn’t play, leaving the achievement at 98%. The only way to get it is to restart at the Endgame checkpoint and pick up one collectible in Foundation. Doesn’t happen to everyone apparently but it’s pretty common. Happened to me, bit of a pain,

I've just used this guide to get my last two achievements and I agree with most here that this is one of the best guides I've seen for a game! As a note to all though. The achievements needed didnt pop until I completed the final battle and warped back to Crossroads. As soon as I put a few ability points in, A Strong Foundation and Subterranean Research popped. =] Thanks again for a great guide for what could have been a massive pain in the butt!
