I enjoyed how the video didn't answer the question in the title. I came to learn what method acting was, and I leave still trying to find out! Thanks for making it brief, because I could have wasted a lot more time on a longer bad video, instead of this short bad one by The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute!

Training of emotions is the training of the relaxations to make the emotions genuine within the script. That’s what method is.
