Taking My Highly Modified BMW E60 M5 To The Dyno To Prove That It's Not Slow

The time has come. Time to see how much power we can get out of the legendary BMW V10 engine known as the S85. Taking it to the dyno further proved that the BMW E60 M5 is easily one of the best sounding cars ever made.

A ton of confused people in the comments. The E60 M5 makes 500HP to the CRANK from factory. We used a dyno to measure my M5's power at the WHEELS (Not crank). If you factor in drivetrain loss, my M5 is probably making around 550HP+ to the crank. Hope that clears things up.

I own a BMW M6 V10, it had 545hp on the dyno after a tune up. When i installed a Straightpipe it dropped around 50hp, although it sounds phenomenal it lost power

One of my buddies got a manual e60 m5 a few years back. He’s put so much money into it that he could’ve bought an f80 like me in the end lol. But when it runs it’s amazing. Everytime I get to putt around in it I wish I had the money to maintain and purchase one myself. 😂
