Sir for the question at time stamp "1:25:14" the value of "eigen value" is 1. The question was right, there was no need to replace 1 with 0 at "a33" element of the given matrix, by using AX= (lambda)*X we will get lambda=1.

One doubt as I as only Recorded lectures provided to my batch of yours
If the Matrix of Eigen Vertex is given, then
No of Linearly Independent Eigen Vectors = No of non zero rows

but in case, if Matrix E=( A- Lamda. I) is only given, then
No of Linearly Independent Eigen Vectors = Nullity of Matrix E i.e No of ZERO rows
