It turns out, it still has audio messaging. The microphone was replaced with a different icon in the text field (but it’s gone from the keyboard). Is there a way to disable it completely?

Thank you! I can’t tell you how many times that microphone accidentally got pressed and I would see a voice text waiting to be sent. Luckily I’ve caught every one but I cringe at the idea of accidentally recording a private conversation and sending it without knowing.

While texting the microphone is picking up other peoples conversations. While texting it will interject radio conversation reindeer. It’s crazy! How do I fix this? I Messages don’t want to disable my microphone but this has just started happening. I like voice messegging
