Such an insightful relaxed interview Brian. It was very insightful, especially about the amazing 10 min take. Regardless of whatever happens during awards season, TÁR’s 10 minute take will now be studied, dissected and taught in film school for decades to come. It is the perfect microcosm of staging, blocking, acting, lighting, camera work and directing. It is my favourite scene of the year and when I saw it I actually wanted to applaud in the cinema.
