Toyota RAV4 (2019-2025): Roof Rack / Crossbars Installation.

In this video, we will install roof rack / crossbars from CarTrimHome for the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025 Toyota RAV4.
Crossbars are made of aluminum alloy and are shaped like a wing. This will minimise noise and have a minimal impact on gas mileage.
The installation is straightforward and should take no more than half an hour. All necessary tools come with the set.

Max Load Capacity - 160 lbs.

You should add some drops of medium (blue) threadlocker so the bolts don't get loose from vibrations

Thanks for the video. My Rav has crossbars aready, but I'm thinking of removing them to see if wind noise is reduced. This video helps. Looks like I'll need those short black plastic covers to install on the roof rails after removing the crossbars.
By the way, those crossbars rattled when I first picked up the car. Apparently the installation bolts weren't tightened properly.

I appreciate the "it won't effect the drag, AS MUCH." Meaning, even nicely shaped as it is, it's a bit of drag, I want a quick release rack, for the 99.9% of the time I don't need the rack but want max mileage with '21 Prime.

Hi, Great video! I just ordered the same bars for my 2021 Rav4 Limited Hybrid. One question: I noticed that you did not use thread locker, aren't you concerned that these may vibrate loose after numerous miles/potholes, etc?
